- Main Materials: Two-component polyurethane base coat (FB306AB), curing agent, rubber powder, eco-friendly rubber granules (particle size 2–3 mm), two-component self-texturing polyurethane top coat (FB309AB).
- Material Ratios: Two-component polyurethane primer (FB306A:FB306B = 1:4); self-texturing two-component polyurethane topcoat (FB309A:FB309B = 1:2); eco-friendly rubber granules (addition rate ≤30%); drying accelerator, rubber powder, and quartz sand as needed.
- Performance Characteristics: The self-texturing polyurethane track surface has a thickness of 13 mm and features excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, good elasticity, puncture resistance, and strong anti-aging properties. The surface is applied using a high-pressure spraying method, resulting in a smooth, particle-free finish. Self-texturing synthetic tracks offer high cost-effectiveness and are moderately priced.

- Excellent weather resistance and resistance to aging. Superior weather resistance: The use of unique UV-blocking and anti-aging additives gives the product exceptional resistance to aging and UV-induced discoloration, ensuring vibrant colors that remain fade-resistant over time.
- Stable elasticity and strong shock absorption. Excellent application performance: Applied using specialized mechanical spraying equipment, the process is simple and significantly reduces installation time. The elimination of EPDM granules further lowers project costs.
- Vibrant colors that do not fade. Superior abrasion resistance and slip resistance: A more abrasion-resistant polyurethane surface formulation is used to replace EPDM granules as the anti-slip layer. The formulation incorporates special additives and diamond grit powder during spraying, creating a textured surface that is highly slip-resistant and durable. This retains the traditional characteristics of polyurethane track materials—such as weather resistance and resistance to aging—while overcoming the long-standing issue of granule shedding common in traditional polyester tracks.
- Highly water-permeable, preventing water accumulation. The material is environmentally friendly and offers more consistent quality.
- Suitable for installation on both cement and asphalt substrates.
