Construction method of cement stone chip stabilized layer:
1）After the road bed has been accepted, the raw material is mechanically mixed according to the design ratio;
(2) Pave according to the designed thickness, elevation and width, and finally roll it with 8-12T roller until there is no obvious wheel track.

Asphalt concrete surface layer construction method:
1）Sweep clean the stone chip stabilized layer, and then spray adhesive layer oil;
(2) Pave the bottom layer of asphalt concrete by using the method of controlling the longitudinal and transverse slopes with the paver taking the double base line with a slide bar in the middle, during which the 8-12T roller is used to roll from the low end of the runway to the highest part;
(3) After the lower layer has been compacted for a period of time, the upper layer is paved with floating reference beam control, and then compacted with 6-8T rollers from the low end of the runway to the highest part of the runway until there is no obvious wheel track.

Polyurethane rubber surface construction method:
(1) Clean the grass-roots level, prepare the primer according to the formula, pave the primer with a thickness of 10 mm, then defoam it and leave it to cure;
(2) to be cured, in accordance with the formula requirements for the preparation of surface adhesive, paving thickness of 2 mm, and then sprinkle EPDM particles;
3）Sweep away the remaining particles of the surface layer, and roll the particles to protect the surface layer;
4）Measure and put out the runway process line, and finally spray the process line.

Drainage ditch construction method:
(1) excavate the bottom of the ditch according to the requirements, tamp the bottom of the ditch, lay a certain thickness of the design requirements of the sublayer;
(2) Brick masonry drainage ditch straight wall, thorough construction of the wall after painting;
(3) Prefabricated drainage ditch cover, and finally lay the cover.

Cement stone chip surface layer requirements:
(1) The stone chips have a certain grading, the maximum particle size should not exceed 1cm, and the cement content should not exceed 6% of the mixture;
(2) The stabilized layer is mixed uniformly, the color should be consistent, and its crushing times are not less than 6 times, and a certain degree of humidity must be maintained within 5 to 7 days after crushing;
3）Construction and acceptance in strict accordance with JTJ 034-2000 Technical Specification for Highway Pavement Grassroots Construction.

Asphalt concrete surface layer requirements:
(1) The surface of asphalt concrete has no obvious large oil stains and uneven mixing phenomenon;
2）After the completion of the foundation, according to the principle of 3mm error of 3m straightedge, put 3m×3m square grid for retesting the elevation and calculating the transverse slope (max. 1%) and longitudinal slope (max. 0.1%);
(3) The compaction degree reaches more than 97%;
4）Construction and acceptance in strict accordance with JTJ 032-94 Technical Specification for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction;

Polyurethane adhesive surface top layer requirements:
(1) rubber surface transverse slope is not greater than 1/100, longitudinal slope is not greater than 1/1000, hardness standard for Shao A45-60;
(2) flatness, transverse, longitudinal measurement of every 3 meters straightedge without more than 3mm concave, or 1 meter straightedge measurement without more than 2mm concave is qualified;
(3) The position of each marking line from the end line of the distance scale does not allow negative difference, positive difference must be less than 1/10000;
(4) Strictly in accordance with GB/T 14833-93 "plastic runway standards" for construction and acceptance.

Drainage ditch requirements:
(1) Verticality of brick wall is less than 15mm deviation in 10m, and flatness of wall is less than 10mm deviation in 10m;
(2) The flatness of the cover plate is less than 3mm deviation within 10m of adjacent height difference.
