- PVC flooring refers to flooring manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Specifically, it is produced using polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers as the primary raw materials, combined with fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, pigments, and other additives. The product is manufactured by applying the mixture to a continuous sheet substrate through coating, calendering, extrusion, or compression molding processes.
- PVC sports flooring consists of a PVC wear layer, a glass fiber reinforcement layer, and a PVC foam cushioning layer. It is primarily used for indoor courts and is not recommended for outdoor courts (as it tends to become oily and sticky underfoot).
- Structurally, there are three main types: multi-layer composite, homogeneous, and semi-homogeneous. Multi-layer composite PVC flooring refers to a multi-layered structure, typically consisting of 4 to 5 layers laminated together, including a wear layer (with UV treatment), a printed film layer, a glass fiber layer, an elastic foam layer, and a base layer.

- PVC flooring is relatively soft, giving it excellent elasticity. It exhibits good elastic recovery under heavy impact. Rolled PVC flooring is even softer and more elastic, offering a comfortable underfoot feel that has earned it the nickname “soft gold of flooring materials.” At the same time, PVC flooring possesses strong impact resistance; it recovers well from heavy impacts without sustaining damage.
