- Main materials: Two-component polyurethane base coat (FB306AB), curing agent, colored EPDM granules (particle size 2–3 mm), two-component polyurethane top coat (FB302AB).
- Mix the two-component polyurethane base coat (FB306A:FB306B = 1:4) and the two-component polyurethane top coat (FB302A:FB302B = 1:1) with an appropriate amount of curing agent.
- The surface layer of the all-plastic synthetic track is 13 mm thick. It features excellent weather resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as good elasticity, puncture resistance, and strong anti-aging properties. The surface layer is applied using a high-pressure spraying method to prevent particle loss. All-plastic synthetic tracks are relatively expensive.

- Highly abrasion-resistant and UV-resistant. Field tests confirm no fading and exceptional wear resistance.
- Compression and impact resistance: Features a robust elastic layer and cushioning layer that absorb strong impacts without damaging the surface; consistent elasticity year-round, remaining firm in winter and soft in summer.
- Excellent water permeability and adhesion. With specialized installation techniques, it offers strong bonding that prevents moisture from rising, eliminating issues such as bubbling or peeling.
- Surface flatness meets IAAF standards. With excellent water permeability, matches need not be suspended during light rain, and play can resume immediately after heavy rain without water pooling.
- Cost-effective, durable, and safe, it helps prevent sports injuries caused by falls.
